Having
Difficult Conversations

Why This Matters

“

Difficult conversations are often the ones we avoid until we have no choice but to have them.

This initiative is about creating opportunities to have those conversations earlier—when families can ask questions, learn from one another, discover local resources, and know they don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Testimonials

We were honored to have Lynda participate in our event. Her contribution was instrumental in bringing our theme and program format together in a meaningful and impactful way. She has a remarkable ability to engage parents in thoughtful conversations around challenging topics, creating an environment of trust, learning, and reflection. Equally impressive is her commitment beyond the event itself through ongoing follow-up and support. It is evident that her work is driven by a genuine and selfless desire to educate, empower, and support others, and our school community greatly benefited from her expertise and dedication.

“I have known Lynda for only the last few years, but I feel like I known her since my childhood.  I have rarely seen such a personality who has so much consideration and love for others. Her experiences of life and her ability to learn from everyone is remarkable. She is not fake!”

I am a mom of 3 sons…two of them teenagers.  I could relate to so many things you said. There is no better feeling than knowing you’re not alone as a parent in so many situations. Your words give me strength as a mother to stay strong.

“Lynda, I always appreciate your approach as you share your topics. You provide sound reasoning toward why you do or did what you did, yet you equally release the reader to do what they believe they need to do in their given situation or circumstance.”
